The timeless appeal and the seduction of "handmade". In Florence, is staged ART, the international exhibition of crafts.

From April 25 to May 4, 2008 in beautiful exhibition at the Fortezza da Basso in Florence back to the appointment with ART - International Handicraft Trade Fair, now in its 72nd edition.

The exhibition, which year after year has shown itself able to confirm its leadership as a showcase of excellence of artistic quality (important heritage of every culture and economics), regains its dates history. Ten days to develop and market culture innovative and traditional products that bind the various sectors with a view to craft a fruitful meeting and exchange between the made in Italy (with his innate creativity and originality) and multiculturalism. In Florence, the capital par excellence, fine art and centuries-old experience of the 'handmade'.

The exhibition will be open to the public the following hours: daily from 10.00 to 23.00 (last day closing at 20.00). The ticket price is unchanged from the 2007 edition: full and reduced to € 5.00 to € 4.00. A series of parallel events, workshops and conferences, promoted and organized in collaboration with Artex and major trade associations, with the participation of opinion leaders and prominent figures of the artisan sector, joined by the commercial fair with the aim of strengthening the role of ART as a permanent observatory annual reference to craft and test the single market for the product on display.

The exhibition will be divided into six major areas: TERRITORIES - INTERIOR SCENE - THE TASTE - SCENES FROM THE WORLD - SCENARIOS OF FASHION & JEWELS - vision, in which exhibitors can present themselves on the basis of specific features merchandise their products to cover the entire world craftsman, understood in its constant change and innovation.

Not to be missed, therefore, as a meeting point between producers and consumers, craftsmen, small and medium-sized companies, interior designers, interior designers, architects, owners of shops and galleries specializing. This and more is ART, the crafts historic international exhibition in Florence, which always rewards creativity, the inspiration for many artisans and manual ability, attracting around, always and everywhere, new emotions and desire for beauty.
